In the Perry Plan, Dr. Perry teaches you how to break this cycle and how to work out a regular and consistent movement program that works with your particular needs and schedule. He will also give you tools to keep track of your progress and be held accountable to your goals.

In addition, you will have the support of your peers who are also on the Perry Plan. You will be able to check in with them regularly and receive encouragement by the group.
